Tk2971 Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

Tk2971 (referred to herein as "we", "the Platform", or "tk2971") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and across the globe. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tk2971.

Tk2971 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the verification process is complete. Any attempt to bypass verification using false information will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of the account balance.

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 300।
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500।
• Deposits are typically instant. Withdrawals are processed within a maximum of 15–30 minutes.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for deposits.
• The name on your mobile banking account must match the name registered on your account.
• Tk2971 reserves the right to delay or cancel payments in the case of suspicious transactions.
• Daily withdrawal limits may be set separately and are subject to change.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must first be met.
• Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Running multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted — unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.

• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behavior toward other members.
• Using abusive or threatening language toward tk2971 staff.

Tk2971 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• For violations of our terms and conditions.
• If you register using false information.
• If age verification fails.
• In cases of suspicious financial activity.
• Extended inactivity of 12 months or more.

You may also request account closure at any time through our support team. In that case, your real money balance will be returned after deducting any bonus balance.

Tk2971 believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We offer the following features to support the wellbeing of our members:

• Self-Exclusion: Lock your account for a set period of time.
